I’m Natalie - affirmation expert, author, mama, gin lover, and imperfect human.
I first discovered affirmations when I was a lost child in the 80’s and Louise L Hay’s book ‘You can heal your life’ came into my world.
My mind blew open and my world was rocked as I realised that we are actually powerful AF.
I used affirmations hit and miss for a few years as I completed my Masters in Psychology and then travelled and worked around the world. It wasn’t until I tapped into the ‘fierce’ that being a Mama, entails that I was able to tap into using affirmations truly effectively…
